MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

7 DAYS OF CALM

Learn the basics of mindfulness meditation. You will need a Smartphone, Tablet or PC and a free App called CALM.

  • On your Smartphone or Tablet, go to your App Store and search for and download an app called CALM.

  • On your PC, go to www.calm.com

  • This is a free app for basic content, but you will be asked several questions about what you want to get out of the app.

  • Once you complete the questions, you will be asked if you want to participate in a free trial for the Premium service or if you want to buy the Premium service. Close this page and you will land on the homepage for the free content.

  • Select a Meditation program called the 7 Days of Calm. There are seven sessions in this series and they each last about 10 minutes.

  • Listen to one each day for the next week.

  • At the end of the week, try out the “How To Meditate” 30-day series if you wish to continue learning more.
